Unas Films provides custom animated film production services. When you place an order through our website, you are commissioning a custom animated episode based on the adventure, style, length, and reference materials you provide. Each film is a unique, one of a kind production created specifically for your order.
All orders are placed through our website and processed via Stripe. Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and buy now pay later options including Klarna, Afterpay, and Affirm where available. By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout including any add ons and rush delivery fees.
Standard delivery is 7 business days from the date of purchase. Rush delivery is 3 business days from the date of purchase at double the total order price. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Your completed film will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Download links are available for 72 hours after delivery.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or modifications once an order has been placed. Animation studios charge $250K to 7 figures per minute for custom animation production. We make this product accessible and affordable for families. Redoing work is too costly. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Upon delivery and full payment, you receive full ownership and usage rights to the completed film. You may share, distribute, publish, or use the film for any personal or commercial purpose. Unas Films retains the right to use portions of the completed work in our portfolio, marketing materials, and sample reels unless you request otherwise in writing before production begins.
You are responsible for the photos and reference materials you upload. By uploading content, you confirm that you have the right to use those images and that they do not infringe on any third party rights. You grant Unas Films a limited license to use the uploaded content solely for the purpose of producing your ordered film.
The photos you provide are used as references to create animated characters. While we aim to capture the likeness of the person or pet in the reference image, the final character design is an artistic interpretation created to fit the animation style. Exact replication is not guaranteed and variations in appearance are inherent to the animation process.
Unas Films is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
