All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, credits, exchanges, or modifications on any order, for any reason, once the order has been placed and payment has been processed.
Each order is a custom, one of a kind animated production. Work begins immediately after payment is received. Animation studios charge $250K to 7 figures per minute for custom animation production. We make this product accessible and affordable for families. The cost of redoing custom animation work makes refunds and modifications not feasible.
We do not offer revisions, edits, or modifications to completed films. The animation is produced based on the adventure, style, length, photos, and details you provide at the time of ordering. Please ensure all information and photos are accurate before placing your order.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving your completed film is considered fraud. We retain records of all orders, deliveries, and customer communications. We will contest all chargebacks with full documentation.
If you do not receive your film within the estimated delivery timeframe, contact us at teams@unasfilms.com and we will investigate. If a delivery email was sent but ended up in your spam folder, we will resend it. Technical delivery issues do not constitute grounds for a refund.
